Care for Jewels
Jewelry can be fragile, so please handle it with care. Should your piece experience any issues during its life with you, send a message and we can get it sorted out.
A care sheet is included with each jewelry order.
All items with sterling silver are shipped to you with a polishing cloth. Using this, along with gentle soap and water and a soft toothbrush are how I clean pieces of my own.
Avoid scrubbing or soaking stones in water as much as possible. This can darken absorbent stones!
Production & Shipping Time
Made-to-order pieces have a production time of up to one month and then will ship.
Ready-made pieces ship within 3 to 5 business days.
In the US, there is USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority shipping, which you can choose when placing your order.
Gift Wrapping
Orders are wrapped pretty so they arrive as a gift, for yourself or someone else.
If you would like to include a gift message on a card, add a note when you place your order—providing the order # is helpful.
International Customers
I love to ship to you! Please know that you will responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and duties should they be charged by your country. Please be aware of customs regulations regarding items that cannot be imported into your country.
Refunds & Returns
If you are unhappy with your product upon receiving it, please email. LUMINO stands firmly behind design and workmanship and will gladly work with you to repair any unhappiness.
If the situation cannot be fixed, you are welcome to return the order. Once the item is received and confirmed it is in its original condition (unless it was damaged of course), a refund will be issued. You will be responsible for return postage.
