Care

Jewelry can be fragile so please handle it with care. If in the unusual event of breakage deemed due to workmanship, every effort will be made to replace your piece free of charge. Should your piece experience any issues related to normal wear-and-tear or an accident, please contact me and we can get it all sorted out.

A care sheet is included with your order.


Current Production & Delivery Time

Made-to-order pieces have a production time of up to 7—10 days.

I ship once or twice per week.


Gift Wrapping

I package all of my items well enough to give as a gift. If you would like to include a message on a handmade card, send me a message when you place your order—providing the order # is helpful.


Insurance

Insurance is available for both domestic and international customers if you would like it added to your shipping price.

Lumino is not responsible for packages lost or damaged through the mail as I have no control over their fleet. I do my best—each order is carefully packaged to provide as much protection as possible and with tracking info. If you are concerned with this and would rather not worry, insurance is recommended. Contact me for a quote.


International Customers

I love to ship to you! Please know that you will responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and duties should they be charged by your country. Please be aware of customs regulations regarding items that cannot be imported into your country.


Refunds

If you are unhappy with your product upon receiving it please let me know. I stand firmly behind each piece and will gladly work with you to repair any unhappiness.
