Jewelry can be fragile so please handle it with care. If in the unusual event of breakage deemed due to workmanship, every effort will be made to replace your piece free of charge. Should your piece experience any issues related to normal wear-and-tear or an accident, please contact me and we can get it all sorted out.

Current Production Time
Most pieces are one of a kind and I ship once or twice per week after receiving orders.
I package all of my items well enough to give as a gift, yet minimal enough to keep shipping and handling charges low. If you are purchasing a gift, let me know and I can include a message on a handmade card.
Insurance is available for both domestic and international customers if you would like it added to your shipping price.
Lumino is not responsible for packages lost or damaged through the mail as we have no control over their fleet. I do my best though—each order is carefully packaged to provide as much protection as possible. If you are concerned with this and would rather not worry, insurance is recommended.

I love to ship to you! Please know that you will responsible for all customs fees, taxes and duties should they be charged by your country. Please be aware of customs regulations regarding items that cannot be imported into your country.
If you are unhappy with your product upon receiving it please let me know. I stand firmly behind all of my designs and workmanship and will gladly work with you to repair any unhappiness.
If the situation cannot be fixed, I will issue a refund. You will be responsible for return postage unless your piece has broken in which case I will cover it for you.
